Government paying for classes for people with learning disabilities

I think it's not that fair that the government only pay for learning support and just support in general.
people that are autistic or people with learning disability need all the teaching they can get because for them growing up they should be able to after they finish  high school get to go to a university but made for them.
so then they get to learn work skills at there own pace.
